Refugee sponsorship grinds to halt
Posted June 8, 2011 - A Cranbrook, B.C., newspaper reports on Canada's system of private sponsorship of refugees by Church and other groups. The number of refugees these groups can sponsor will be capped and limited because there aren't enough staff to process them.
