Ontario mulls law to curb intimidation suits
Posted August 16, 2010 - According to a CBC.ca article, Ontario is investigating whether the province should follow Quebec in adopting laws to discourage large companies from filing lawsuits for the purposes of intimidating and stifling complainants.
