Metro Toronto Chinese & Southeast Asian Legal Clinic
The Metro Toronto Chinese & Southeast Asian Legal Clinic (MCSCA) is a community-based legal clinic which provides free legal advice and representation to low income greater Toronto residents who speak Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodian, and Laotian in areas of law such as social assistance, employment, immigration and housing. It provides public legal education and engages in law reform activities to advocate for the communities served.
