Tip Sheet for Tenants: T6 Application About Maintenance

This tip sheet gives information about the T6 Application which tenants can make to the Landlord and Tenant Board if their landlord does not repair or maintain a rental unit or residential complex, or does not follow health, safety, housing, or maintenance standards. There is information about who can apply, how to get the application form, how to fill the form out, and how to prepare for a hearing, including a list of the most helpful kinds of evidence.
