Bill 168: Ontario's New Legislation on Harassment and Violence in the Workplace

In this webinar, Zahra Dhanani, the Legal Director for the Metropolitan Action Committee on Violence Against Women and Children (METRAC), looks at Bill 168, which is new legislation on violence and harassment in the workplace.
Bill 168 comes into force in June 2010. The presentation focuses on what sexual violence and harassment in the workplace are, what employers need to do to comply with the new legislation, and how these new requirements are intended to support efforts to make workplaces safer and more accountable.
